sensea is a quiet device for the home of an older parent. It learns what a normal day looks like - and tells the family members you choose when something is different.

  • No camera, no microphone, nothing to wear. It senses movement and warmth, never faces or sound.
  • An answer, not just an alarm. A sudden alert comes with a short heat clip, so you see in seconds whether it is real.
  • Checked before it speaks up. Radar, heat and vibration sensors have to agree - decided by a small computer inside the home.
  • Plug in, done. No installation, no drilling, no tuning. It stands on a shelf or sideboard.

Why do you collect reservations?

Reservations show us real demand, so we build the right number of units for the first production run instead of guessing.
Can I cancel my reservation?

Of course. Cancel at any time with an email to hello@sensea.ai and the reservation fee is refunded in full.
What does sensea cost?

You buy the devices once, plus one membership per home for alerts, the app and updates, however many devices. Two or more devices cost less per device. See the prices.
When will my sensea ship?

We are preparing to launch in spring 2027. Shortly before launch we confirm your order, and delivery follows once the first production run is complete. These dates are our current plan, not a guarantee, and may change.
When do I give you my delivery details?

When we confirm your order before launch, you tell us where to deliver. Nothing is needed today - the reservation fee is not tied to an address.
Is sensea a medical or emergency device?

No. sensea is a home awareness device - not a medical device and not an emergency call system. It helps families stay connected to the daily rhythm of an older parent living at home, and notice when something differs from the usual. It makes no diagnoses, gives no medical advice, and replaces neither emergency services nor professional care.
Will sensea look exactly as depicted?

The current depiction mirrors sensea as it stands today. Because we continually refine sensea's look and feel to achieve the best balance of unobtrusive design and technical capability, the final appearance may differ somewhat from the current depiction.
