Yes - unless it clearly says renewed. Every new sensea is new inside and out. Devices that families send back are checked and cleaned, get a new casing, cable and packaging, and their internal components are tested before they are reused - anything that fails is recycled. We may offer these as renewed devices, and they are always labelled as renewed before you order.
The device is yours from the day it arrives. The membership keeps it working: alerts to your family, the app, remote verification and updates. You need one membership per home, however many devices you have - 12 months minimum, then cancel any month. Without an active membership, sensea does not send alerts.
If you no longer need your sensea, you can send it back with a free return label. Once it arrives, we email you a code worth one month of membership. Give it to anyone starting a new membership - a friend, a neighbour, your parents - or use it yourself later. Sending it back is always your choice.
